How it works

A single top-up unlocks the matching tier (e.g. RM 10,000 in one payment → Diamond). Topping up in smaller amounts does not add up to a higher tier. You keep your tier as long as you pay at the tier price; if your balance can’t cover an order and you accept the normal price instead, you return to Normal until you top up again. The wallet is non-refundable and for online purchases only.
